When I was four, my dad introduced me to the game of golf. From there, it didn't take much convincing for it to become all consuming in my childhood. I played in dozens of tournaments as a kid and looked forward to every summer so I could compete. Over time, those tournaments got larger and more competitive and I decided I wanted to play in college if I got the opportunity.

As it would turn out, I would get my wish. I ended up at the University of Central Missouri where I got my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science while playing for the men's golf team. I won't lie: my game was pretty rough for those years but I had a blast and am better for it. It was out of this experience that I learned how much of a nerd I really was. I live for numbers.​

After school I stepped away from golf for a bit. I was frustrated with my game and needed a break. It has been interesting to find myself outside of golf as there's not much that prepares you for life after sport. These past few years though, the itch has come soaring back and I've found joy in practicing again.

 

This past June I moved and got access to a garage. I setup a simple net and turf and I've hit probably over 10,000 balls since then and my game is as sharp as ever. The ability to practice at home when I feel like it or in-between meetings (or during...) has catapulted my game beyond where it was in college. That's where Tee2Screen comes into play.
